Client Issue
A consulting company developed a unique and effective method of coaching consultations. Other coaches began to learn about it and use it. As a result, the competitive advantage of the authors of the methodology was at risk.
What We Did
Protected the client’s consultation method from copying.
Developed an IP strategy for the project participants to receive a fair share of profits during scaling, ensuring transparency in resource distribution, and maintaining motivation for each team member.
Created and protected a unique community architecture to promote the product, where participants could share experiences and receive support.
